Freedom of Information requests will need to be handled by the public authority whose work most closely aligns with the nature of the request. The OfS can act as the conduit for such requests, in its role as secretariat for UKSCQA, but note that this will involve the OfS redirecting the request to the most appropriate public authority to respond to within 20 working days. If you do not wish for the OfS to do this with your request please let us know.

Requests will be answered under the Freedom of Information Act in relation to public authorities in England and Wales or the Freedom of Information Scotland Act (FOISA), in the case of the Scottish Funding Council.
